- 1 x 2 Olives and Rosemary B’Break
- 100 g feta
- 50 g fig chutney
- 75 g crème fraîche
- 15 g pistachio
- Fresh figs
Preparation steps
- Make the cream with the fig chutney andcrème fraîche.
- Defrost the B’Breaks and slice.
- Put on a baking tray in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 200°C, then leave to cool.
- Put the cream on the toasts, followed by a few feta cubes. Decorate with a few pistachio pieces and a piece of fresh fig.
